Cecille Heath is a communications skill specialist working in a broad range of areas from leadership to executive coaching and program facilitation. She gained commercial experience in various sales roles in the ITC sectors before moving to a career in Communications Consulting, in a leading global organisation. She has worked across a broad range of organisations; public, private and government, including ASX listed firms.
Cecille has worked in this realm for 18 years and has successfully implemented numerous leadership, management and people development programs. Her aim is always to work with participants to assist them in achieving behavioural change so the impact is a tangible business outcome.
Cecille uses concepts from emotional intelligence, positive psychology, behavioural sciences and mindset/attitude alongside world best practice tools and techniques. She combines this with her prior corporate life in ITC to bring to out the best people when coaching one on one, in groups or group face to face facilitation.

Stan King is a senior learning and development specialist and coach. Since 2005, he has been working with business leaders and their teams on their key challenges around organisational and personal leadership, managing change and driving results.
He has over 10 years experience as a senior consultant for a market leading, international consultancy, providing corporate facilitation, business coaching and training. Stan also has experience in leading organisational L&D projects, having worked for a number of years as a Learning Manager for a global FMCG company.
